- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

- How do I pay for my transfer?

Paying for transfer is possible with cash only.
- Can I book a transfers for whole one day?

Yes, booking a whole island tour (lasts one day) is possible!
Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?

Each passenger is entitled to bring one piece of luggage on board the taxi. This includes one standard-sized suitcase or bag, and one small personal item such as a handbag or laptop bag. If you require additional luggage space, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for a larger vehicle.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Our driver will meet you at the designated pickup location you provided in the contact form. Please make sure to specify the exact location, including any landmarks or specific instructions, to ensure a smooth and timely pickup. Our driver will be waiting for you at the agreed-upon time, and will be easily identifiable by their uniform and/or our company logo on the vehicle.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you can't locate your driver at the designated pickup location, please call the number provided on our website. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you in locating your driver and ensuring that your transportation needs are met. It's important to remember that our drivers are required to wait for up to 10 minutes at the pickup location, but if you are running late or if there are any unexpected delays, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

If your group size has changed and you require a different size of vehicle, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know about the change in group size, and we will provide you with information about the available vehicle options that will be suitable for your new group size.
